Has anyone tried these out? Seems to be in a price range between the Audioengines and the Quads. With a built in USB DAC and headphone amp, the feature list looks pretty good.

Doesn't have a DAC or amp or anything, but have you considered something like a pair of these in the same price range? a.jpg

I might be getting a pair of MMGs for the apartment (maybe the office :o) next year so I think I got the big 2x monolithic speakers part sorted out :)

yes. i am not a fan of the sound signature but they isolate much better than any other closed headphone ive tried

but iirc, filburt likes them quite a bit

I actually liked the headphones when I tried them, but only listened for about 30 seconds.

That's 25 seconds longer than the average HeadFier posting a review. :)
