Have a call scheduled for next week with Tyler and Kevin at Firefly to get this process rolling. Looking at the S&S couplers it would appear a hell of a lot of work has to go into packing and unpacking the bike each time so I am not sure I want to go with all the effort to save a bit on airline fees.

I looked at the usual trade catalogues, but decided I didn't need the 25 metre reels. An ebay uk search for "teflon wire" brought up some suitable stuff. I bought a few metres of various colours and some is rated for 300v,600v and 1000v so you have a choice. You can get silver plated copper with pvc insulation rated for 600v also.
