That's good news. The timing was really perfect, well done. On a macro level, probably a decent sign for the rest of us that such offerings are being received well. Of course, the commercial real estate market and FHA are going to crash soon, but a brief bright spot is nice nonetheless. Plus, now 'stretch can stop flirting with the soccer moms for a bit. I'm listening to my own whining.

Went to one of the most boring CLE conferences yet to be offered. Rushed home to get the Little Monkey. Cleaning lady decided to "Self Clean" the oven at 5:30 pm so we walked into an apartment full of fumes. Little Monkey had a little accident (in underpants for the first time). Not so bad, and he handled it well, but Mrs. Monkey called in the middle of the clean up--and got miffed when I told her now was not the best time to discuss plans for next week:palm:. Ordered food. Little Monkey refused to eat most of what he demanded. The good: God bless my sis-in-law who just got back from Scotland. She brought back scotch and a Glencairn glass for me. Sis-in-law FTW!

I am struggling with this exact dilemma. I loved what I heard at DanJam. But I don't know if I would use them more as a result. I rarely listen to my UE-10. I can't listen in my office, and my commute is not conducive to complete isolation.
