^ any HCers have experience with that hub or any other TB hub for that matter? My experience with FW800 hubs has been lousy at best. I'm curious how video + ethernet + USB at the same time hold up via a TB hub.

The showreel for last night is right here: http://mixlr.com/illuminator/showreel/illuminators-mixlr-16/ I played much more uptempo, 4-to-the-floor business, so those expecting downtempo will be disappointed. I was (and am) very underslept, which oddly enough often results in a superior mix. I'm too tired to worry about what I'm doing and the mix just sort of happens. I haven't listened to the set yet, but I was in general quite pleased with it while I was mixing.

After my favorite TF2 server (Black Magic Gaming 24/7 Doublecross) went down hard, I have most of the last 24 hours helping two friends get our own server up and running. A few hours ago it hit critical mass and has been full or nearly full ever since. It's got most of the BMG crew playing on it as I type this. Now I need to switch gears completely and get a DJ set ready for tonight.

This is sad, really.

14:58: The Tek Syndicate crew discover Stax, and they like it.

One wrong click just cost me $75, and wrecked a fairly rare opportunity. One wrong stupid click. I should never to financial transactions online when I'm tired. $75 is meaningless in the grand scheme of things, and I'm lucky to be able to lose that amount and function just fine. That said, I'm kicking myself for being such an idiot.
