Just moved a lawn tractor that was frozen in place. Of course, the working lawn tractor, that I just paid $FUCK_TON to have serviced, refused to start. I ended up jury rigging a chain to the Subaru's tow point in the back. No good deed goes unpunished.

Did not sleep nearly enough. Woke up, uh, "dehydrated." Showered. Called Grandma. Attempted to eat. Attempted to nap. Managed to fall alseep briefly before mum called, reminding me I was late to dinner. Had dinner with mum. Watched Dr. Horrible's Sing Along Blog with her. She quite liked it. Talked with mum for a bit. This is the first Christmas since my stepfather died. It's been a mixed bag for her. Came home. Finally got off my ass and set up my bedside rig (Macintop -> Pico DAC -> GLite + DPS -> HD-590s or whatever.) Now listening to a 20 Years of Metroplex 1985-2005 Detroit techno compilation. Holy electro snare drums, Batman.

How does that work? It sits outside your case and the wires run in via an open expansion slot or something? The system is still going to require a normal PSU to run the fans/GPU/mobo/etc. I imagine turning two PSUs off and on at once might be a bit tricky.

H/B/D, guys! My stepfather (may he rest in peace) was born today, 86 years ago. DJ Dara from Dublin (ya rly) was born today 42 years ago. My friend Rosie and Eddy's mother was born <mumble> years ago today. Apparently Dec 25th is a popular day, they should make it a holiday or something.

Okay, no Fitzentypin' but damn am I "dehydrated" this morning. Family obligations should be interesting.

Now I'm off to a Christmas party. I might end up tying like Fitz later on.
