1.5 oz Jamaica Rum (S&C Navy)
0.75 oz sloe gin (Plymouth)
0.75 oz apricot brandy (R&W)

Shake and garnish with a lime wedge.
I owned the Ayre for about a year. It's nice. At this point, I'd probably consider upgrading to larger Krell than my current amp or switching to a Pass amp. Speakers are DIY.
The Twentieth Century Cocktail

0.75 oz Lillet Blanc (Cocchi)
0.5 oz Creme de cacao
0.75 oz fresh lemon

Yes, yes, yes. This one is a keeper.
Savoy has some strange ingredients... fun stuff to research when the time comes:
Prunelle Brandy
Hercules
Groseille
Caperitif
Sirop-de-Citron
Byrrh
Lithia Water
Charbreux
Rock Candy Syrup
Oxygenee Cusenier
Eau de Vie de Danzig
Pricota
Forbidden Fruit Liqueur
Check out the write up in the book, nice read.
I'm lamenting the fact that I cannot use the sloe gin due to being out of dark rum. So more punch. It's very nice. I'm not sure the right mixture of the bubbly though, I'm trying 2:1 and it's nice.
I cannot tell on my phone if the pic showed up in the quote, so here it is.
I would like to try this again and just leave some loose tea in the bottle as well.
The day has come...
Fish House Punch
4 oz Jamacian rum
2 oz brandy
0.5 oz peach brandy
0.5 oz maraschino liqueur
2 oz freshly made green tea
1 oz lemon juice
1 oz simple syrup
1 split champagne
Combine without champagne and let brew for 3 days. Pour over ice (I did 4 oz) and top with the bubbly (I did 1 oz). Stir
This is a very very nice punch.
Interesting, because the calvados dominates this version. If I went to Carpano, the Violette would surely be lost. My complaint of the MS PC is that it is subtle. Perhaps a bit too polite.
Al, nice! Doesn't look like Rittenhouse though edit: then you edited it.
