I though about looking for some wine there but I didn't really know what to look for. If anybody has some suggestions for some here in Germany I am all ears.

Drove to France. Figured I might as well play tourist while I am here in Germany. Visited the cathedral in Strasbourg which was pretty amazing. Makes me realize I need to come back again and stay longer next time. Had a good time chasing a Austin DBS down the A5.

I'm half German and he lives here in Germany near Stuttgart. Dual purpose trip, pick up a car and visit family. I will drive it for a week then drop it off to get shipped back to the US. And it goes without saying I plan on having a couple(or more) German beers.

I'll drink a OMFG WTF Oak Oak Oak Oak (and a wee bit of bourbon) Stout in support of the cause. I do like a good mixed drink now and again but I just can't keep up with their shenanigans.

OMFG WTF OAK OAK OAK OAK Stout. It's either getting better or it's starting to grow on me. I think maybe the heavy oak flavor was sitting on the bottom and working it's way out.

That looks good. Kona Brewing has a passion fruit wheat called Wailua Wheat. Tasty summer drink. I have the recipe from the brewer and hope to have a try at cloning it. Hard part is getting passion fruit in Kansas. Man that blows. The basement of my rental in Colorado flooded on my birthday so I know the feeling. Definitely deserve a good brew. Kicking back with Lucky U IPA from Breckenridge after moping the house for the four hours.
