How do you do yours? So far the best method I have found that makes super moist fall apart shoulder is to cook it in the smoker at 225 basting with a spice vinegar mix till the meats 140. Pull it out and double foil wrap adding some of the vingear spice mixture. Put it into the oven at 225 and let it sit till it's 210. Let cool and then pull. Can't wait to make some while I'm home. I have been watching all of Lost over the last couple weeks. Pretty stupid with horrible characters but for some reason I keep watching it. I love how everything is filmed in Hawaii and it's pretty obvious:palm: Also catching up with Breaking Bad, Entourage, Justified, and Hung. Waiting for next season of Californication, Weeds, Burn Notice, Dexter, Sons of Anarchy, Party Down, and Sparticus. I don't watch much TV at home so I have plenty to watch while deployed.

Is it just me or does anyone else think that iOS4 for the 3G is just a evil trick by Apple to get people to upgrade their phone? If I actually had to use my phone right now I would be pretty bothered by the way it performs.

I'm with Nate on this one. I also purchased my D80 through them and had them price match with the lowest online price at the time. I think it is a bit hit and miss trying to do this now. They also have much better prices on service plans than other camera stores.

I guess it depends how much you want to spend and if you plan on bottling or keging the beer. If you think keging will be the way to go I would skip the kit and purchase glass carboys instead.

I guess I could figure out the parts on the bottom by the schematic, but I was hoping either the board files (eagle?) or gerbers had the bottom parts. Just being lazy I guess.
