  1. Feng is 11.
  2. Be warned. https://road.cc/content/news/248798-cyclist-who-had-five-bikes-stolen-says-thieves-are-looking-quick-times-strava
  3. My present arrived (delayed in shipping). Some insanely light and delicate handblown Austrian Burgundy glasses. Seen here being christened with some Marcassin. Given that you are talking about a man who has previously managed to spill wine into his friggin’ AirPods case, I wonder how long they will last?
  4. Rough day. Need some serene sounds.
  5. This is what is known as a ridiculous banger. Pure hit, no spin on the ball, knuckles back right inside the post. Oooooooooof. https://streamable.com/0jpkc
  6. I am a sucker for the ultra clean/cold Kanyesque production. Obv. a bit old for the lyrical concerns.
  7. Thanks gents!
  8. Birthday carbs. Yum.
  9. The critics either love or hate this. Me, I love it.
  10. Just let me enjoy the sexy football you big Bayern meanie. We've had two dour, defensive managers in a row with Mourinho and Conte -- so someone like Sarri who wants high energy pressing and fast and vertical ball movement, while allowing flair players like Hazard to use their gifts, is a breath of fresh air at the Bridge. We're playing Liverpool twice in a week at the end of the month and that will probably be the end of the honeymoon.
  11. I love every single thing about this goal. The great pass to break the lines from Rudiger, telepathic dummy from Hazard, one-touch return from Giroud, the little body feint from Hazard that fakes the Cardiff defender out of the 50-50 ball and then a glorious finish past arguably the most in-form keeper in the league. Purest filth, as they say!
  12. That sounds more than a little pervy.
  13. I do hope she shares your bionic metabolism!
  14. Happy Birthday!
  15. Stuck in a bit of a feedback loop.
  16. Ha! I forgot to post this before, too, a curiosity. My great-grandfather's Baume Brothers watch. Plated, nothing special, well before the union with Mercier in 1918 -- I would guess late 19th Century based on his age and life story. Went to my grandfather, who reputedly wore it daily, then my Dad, who left it in a drawer since the '60s. Dial is in rough shape as you see, but I had the movement repaired and put a new strap on. It runs OK and my wife now wears it occasionally, for it is teeny tiny by modern standards, maybe 31 - 32 mm. I like having it anyway, feels like a (literal) time capsule from the ancestors!
  17. But, when you get down to just one watch and wear it every day -- dings and schmutz happen. Think I'm going to start building up a rotation again.
  18. Wow! Beautiful!
  19. Different mode entirely, but I have been enjoying this.
