October 4, 200718 yr I somehow doubt it's going to be off the island, if it is the show loses a lot of the mystery it had going.
October 4, 200718 yr Author i think jack will be eaten by a polar bear and everyone will cheer. Oh nos the heroic spinal surgeon devoured by a bear :'(
October 4, 200718 yr Author ok, how about this: House beats him to death with his cane and then jams with the polar bear on 60s vintage flying vs in a wicked sweet crossover. How about House and Jack put on sumo suits and battle it out over a creaky bridge on a volcano they discover...in season 4.
October 4, 200718 yr Author And House turns out to be Ben's physician and is able to cure him after he sumos Jack into the volcano, thus becoming their new leader and proceeds to bone Kate and diss Sawyer.
January 31, 200818 yr It had better be damn good, that's all I know. Even with my writer's-strike reduced expectations there's only so much BS I'm going to put up with this season.
January 31, 200818 yr I feel the same as Nate. If they're going going to give us more BS, then I rather not watch it at all.
January 31, 200818 yr You guys are hard to please! I think it's been consistently entertaining, regardless of how many questions are answered. And I liked their 3-year plan they have in place to wrap things up, even if it may be screwed up by the strike. I'm certainly not one to put in a lot of effort figuring things out... What can I say, I'm easily amused and enjoy being along for the ride.
January 31, 200818 yr same boat as Ian. all the twists and turns have me very interested. love the show.
January 31, 200818 yr BS or no, it would still be quite difficult for it to sink to the level of reality tv or the second wave of sex and the city. Well maybe not so much with option two.
January 31, 200818 yr I was really upset when they announced the 3 year plan. What's up with these mini seasons...
February 1, 200818 yr Well the first episode was good. And yeah, Ian, I see your point but there were a lot of times in season 2 where it was pretty friggen clear that there was no one steering the ship. They got that mostly sorted in season 3 but I just don't like that they've left so much (everything) unexplained up to this point and I get the distinct feeling that they have no intention of explaining a good deal of it.
February 1, 200818 yr well fuck, i just spent the entire show going, "what the fuck is going on here?" "what does that mean?" looks like i'm in for another season of going Lost crazy.
February 1, 200818 yr They have no intention of explaining because, frankly, they have no idea where they are going with it. I gave up trying to figure it out ages ago and lost interest soon thereafter.
February 2, 200818 yr Author I finally got around to watching the recap episode and the new one. I have faith in the show and they know where it's headed, since this first episode was great. Aside from a few minor plot points, I don't feel there are any huge questions left unanswered. And just like many good movies, sometimes it's better leaving it up to the viewer's interpretation.
