New Bellari...with USB

Featured Replies

It's pretty, but... the headphone jack(s) are on the back, and the mini one is below the USB port? Yuck.

Not the same target market, I don't think. The Bellari == mostly a phono preamp; listening to vinyl directly to headphones, with the ability to digitize it as bonuses; the Emu == the ability to digitize line level signals, but you still need a phono preamp. Neh?

That thing that holds the tube in (And/or dampens vibrations?) looks like a stupid pain in the ass.

Pretty cool looking with the tube. I just like tubes in general though :)

I would just be angry in the "HALP I MISPLACED MY SCREW DRIVER OR HAX THINGY BUT I NEED TO TUBE ROLL" situation.

pliers would probably do the job.

on my VP129 it was fucking impossible without pliers, I kid you not.

but hell, its a 12ax7 tube on a cheap ass phono stage. just throw in an Ei and be done with it. that one you only need your tooly thing once.

Just heard the Bellari HA540 headphone amp today with a few sources (mostly Chords) and HD800s. Only a couple discs, but way better the $300 price would indicate. Surprising even. Plenty of gain for the Senns, etc. Curious about a better tube.
