I Have heard good things about the Bellagio

I haven't tried the one(s) in Vegas but the one in San Diego is great so I say +1 as well.

One of the ones in Vegas was showcased in Man v Food so it might be busy (the one in SD is).

I've been to the one in San Diego, the Vegas location is quite a bit better (as least the one on Sahara).

I'll have to try it someday (if I ever have to go back to Vegas).
