  1. Would this be the equivalent of me saying: Pool Boy, at a stealth-mode, roof top Olympic sized swimming pool
  2. Nice program! Paganini also composed a set of variations to God Save the King
  3. The Hatch Yellowbird is also really solid. I think it’s limited edition though.
  4. Yeah that looks good. IMHO, too much vinegar is the key. I suggest modeling in LTSpice
  5. Interesting, never even attempted to clean mine - maybe I should?
  6. Quit. Do I need a Red Oxx bag to join the Travel Team or what?
  7. Installed a new wifi access point. Internet connection looks pretty solid!

Ok, I really like the Royer SF-12 - just need gain. Currently using a MH ULN-2 with 3D card. Now I need to do the recording bit, any suggestions? I assume I will not be able to record directly off the digital outputs at a reasonable price point, so would something like a mixpre-3 ii be a reasonable choice? I suppose I could just use a laptop as well but keeping it small, battery powered and transportable would be handy.

Thoughts on the Bumblebee DIY ribbons? I would use them for small string ensemble recording i have heard and really liked AEA R88, Royer SF24 and Coles 4038 ..
  10. A boat battery box of sorts. Allows me to connect my Garmin EchoMap, charge my phone and start my Yamaha motor push to start outboard. Waiting for some insulated terminal knob battery connectors to arrive before give it a go next week..
  11. Went to hear Wynton tonite .. spotted Paul Simon in the crowd
  12. Thanks all! It was a nice day, someone tried to beat me to the presents though: IMG_4844.mov
  13. Cool! I like the La Cabra Fellow Aiden Paper - not sure if it’s someone else’s that they resell but it fits perfectly. I do fold them on the seam but not sure that’s needed. i use both the single brew and the batch shapes.
  14. I have used the Aiden since it was released. I like it, seems to be a bit dependent on the right sized filters to not mess with the shower head. It makes good morning coffee and oddly exceptional “cold brew”
