Not a ton of info, but if anyone is interested, here’s an interview with Mr. Zhou, of Light Lens Lab, on their recreations. I’m lucky enough to have several of the lenses discussed, including the 8-element, 1966 “Noctilux” (one of my faves), Z21 Angénieux, and the recent Double Aspherical. Big fan.

So have a quick/short vacation possibly coming up and although have been nearby previously (GC, Bryce, Zion, etc.), we've not done the John Ford wet dream yet. Researching now, but anyone have any suggestions of specific buttes, mesas, petroglyphs, or other sites to visit? Even a preference between the two areas? Driving our rough & tumble Mini Countryman, so everything is on the table.
