That's what the HD700's look like to me, Peter. Like something I wouldn't want to own regardless of how good they sounded, at least not at that price point. Ok, not completely regardless. If they were SR-009 good sounding, then I'd bite at $1k, despite their cheesy looks.
I'm trying to figure out how he threw all of those cups in the air at the same time and still managed to capture the image before they hit the ground. He's not bad at all...
S'pose you're referring to the Fidelio line moreso than the products they've designed for use with the Android... but perhaps both.

Nice to know that someone is still taking these market segments seriously and not simply surrendering to the Beats hype machine. If nothing else, I'll be able to recommend the L1 or M1 as a better bang for the buck alternative to my nieces and nephews who can't shut up about the Beats (simply for the cool factor, and because their friends all have them). Quite like the look of the L1, actually.
Thought this song was kind of cool. Not Mick and Keith, etc., but quite good. Well, other than being poisoned by the presence of so many Beats (even on Taj Mahal who seemed out of voice).

Yes, quite fugly IMO. Who was that fuck at HF that went on and on incessantly about how badly it bothered him that the HD800 cost so much and yet the design included some plastic elements? The twerp just wouldn't shut up about it for months. David somebody. Anyway, imagine his reaction to these things.
