Went to work and realized later in the day that a wound in my right arm looked rather angry and infected. Stopped by at a walk-in clinic (regular doc's office closed early today) after work and they told me it is most likely a staph infection. Now eating large bowl of yogurt to counter the effect of antibiotics.
Are the 404 Limited pads worth almost twice the cost of regular Lambda pads? I've got a pair of SR-ΛPros coming in that'll most likely need new pads, assuming I keep them.
The problem I have with the pads is that I can't wear the headphones for longer than a song or two without getting uncomfortable from the sweat. Hopefully, it'll get better as the weather cools.
HE90 earpads would cost more than ESP950, IIRC.
As for changing the bias, was just curious if anyone had done it (or if it was even feasible), as I've got no appropriate skills to do so myself anyways.
I've been enjoying my pair as well, and I agree the earpads are horrendous. Speaking of which, are there better pads that can be used in place of the stock pads?
I'm impatiently waiting for my SRM-1 Mk2PP to arrive - has anyone tried changing the bias to 620v on SRM-1 Mk2?
