  1. So I am planning on ordering a bunch of the BC546 and BC556 for the Unbalanced\Balanced board and I'll need to measure, sort, label and store them. 1. can I store them in a regular plastic parts bin with dividers? 2. can I stick labels on the pins and fold the labels closed?
  2. yeah, the buffer boards are like $0.68 I'll price out the rest in a day or two
  3. Gonna close my group buy up next weekend. If anyone wants a GRLV and GRLV split set here's the link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1Z1L3MQuuY4ZTUyPQb1qBmVJp8MtC7qEzBUui3z5dFrQ/edit?usp=sharing
  4. Yeah, it was awesome. The amp's always had some hum since I built it in 2008 but figured that's the way it was gonna be. Now, if I can find a cheap source for grain oriented steel.

too funny... I'm sure we'll have it shortly after it's release
  6. The price is up for all but the input switch, split GRLV set, and the Dynalo Mini with TKD pot. I'll get the mini quoted, just waiting to see if the numbers increase on the switch and the GRLV split set.
  7. I should be able to put some preliminary quotes up tonight
  8. Can you take a look and make sure I have all the right gerber files for these boards Thanks
  9. I updated the gerber list, can someone take a look and make sure it's right
  10. yep, I should have time to work on that tomorrow
  11. I got rid of the hum... Yay!!! Two layers of a coiled steel band around the diameter of the transformer did the trick. The best part was that Avel Lindberg sent it to me for free.
  12. Can you configure it for more than one output?
  13. I could certainly use it... I'll add it to the list
  14. I got the boards in the mail. I'm sure I can clean up the implementation. I also noted that 2x 100R gate stoppers between Gnd and JFET gates were added. They're surface mount and there were pads on the original PCB. These aren't shown in the schematic that was posted from Xen. It appears that these were added to help eliminate distortion.
  15. definitely butter a pop tart for me....
  16. sounds good to me. I like the dual but I'll take what I can get
  17. I could add the GRHV to my group buy if need be
  18. I'm thinking BH ultra mini psu, but I don't really know
  19. What PSU is needed for this?
  20. I think closing the group buy on March 3rd will work unless anyone objects. I'll confirm all the gerbers and get preliminary board prices in the next week or so.
  21. definitely worth buttering both sides
  22. I saw that one coming... I'm sure there's another pun in there
  23. Have you ever put butter on a pop tart? It's just like the family guy song says... It's so freaking good! I just tried it.
  24. yeah, I just finished cleaning it up here in NJ. I too have work to do, but at least I'm eating a hot pocket in my sweats
