Sound like you need a new fork and shock, preferable mounted on a new frame. Me, I had a 3mph over the bars fall last Wednesday. Landed hard, but fortunately nothing broken. However, my right shoulder is so sore and painful to use that I'll be off my bike for a week or two minimum.

I have a somewhat hard of hearing friend who is looking for a replacement headset for his iPhone. He's mostly looking to get better fidelity for speaking in the ear buds and microphone and will spend up to $100. He would like an ear bud solution and is not interested in IEMs. Any recommendations you can give will be greatly appreciated.

Wow. It looks the the bearings seized. That definitely shouldn't happen in such a short time. What does the bottom bracket look like? Were you riding the bike under water?
