Indeed... it takes 3 childrenz per cable... cost has also recently gone up... need to get back to the old fashioned way of producing childrenz at the baby factory.

Depending on what the person needs and potential sources of interference. I may or may not use. Litz braiding effectively eliminates most interference however I do use copper braid when necessary for shielding. I personally use a pair of unshielded gold/silver cable with the bullet plugs.

Gold alloy wire 8-way braid silver twisted pair silver... All the pictures you could want are on my photobucket site. I have also used various Vampire, Oyaide, Belden, NeoTech, Mogami, Jupiter and so on hook up wire quad cable and coax cable. If you want me to make you a certain cable I would have no problem doing that. I have heard a number of your cables in the past and they do sound nice.

I am open with what I use. I don't keep secrets like many of the ludicrously over priced cables. I do not have just one cable/wire I use. As I am sure you noticed on my website. I use anything from pure silver to copper, silver alloy, gold alloy and any combinations of the above. As for plugs I typically like the fit and sound of the Eichmann bullet plugs with the metal housings to make up for the cheapness of the original sleeves. I also find the Neutrik Pro-Fi and Xhadow plugs to be very nice. I tend to tailor my cables to the need of the person. Which is the whole reason I started making cables. I was never able to find exactly what I wanted and at exactly the length I wanted. I began to make my own cables and people soon asked me to do the same. I would not say I am a competitor as I do mostly one-off custom work. I am a DIY guy more than anything and people will attest to you that I am not some audio snob wanting to make a sale. I just help out my friends when they need it. The website was made to help alleviate the stupid emails I was getting about what I offered since I offered anything someone wanted.

Well done. It is a simple observation, no need to get snippy.

The junkie switchcrap plugs he used had bent and would not hold a tight grip anymore so I cut them off. I was as shocked as you when I opened them up to discover that. If I were grover and looking to save on cost I wouldn't be too picky with the colors my supplier offered me on the tubing if it meant a discount.

Well then Grover sells counterfeit cables. That is the cable of a U6 minus the tech flex. I just wanted to reterminate them with better plugs and that is what I saw.

Not wire. Arts and crafts metal strips. Uses a fun thin green plastic straw for insulation

Here is a nice pair of Grover cables That Picture is from about a year ago.... I think he is on to about the U11 by now... seems to be a new cable as often as there are new iPods.

So...who's listened to the ALO AU/AG cables, lol.
He is absolutely fully of crap. There is nothing new or unique about gold platted silver or gold alloy wire. I have personally used it for over 4 years now.... unless I missed that somehow he developed platting machines years and years ago.

The Super Freq custom fit IEMs
Nate, they really don't sit much more flush then the Etys with the current cable. Not with my custom tips anyway. The cable appears to be sturdy enough but I will certainly be sending them back to get upgraded when they decide on a new cable.

Where better to operate a hearing aid company than where all the old people are

The Super Freq custom fit IEMs
Using my custom tips on the Etys they are about the same which is what I expected. The full ear impressions really don't offer better isolation just a slightly better fit.

The Super Freq custom fit IEMs
You can call the 800 number and ask them... It is 1-877-FREQ-LOVE (honestly)

The Super Freq custom fit IEMs
That I will have to get back to you on. The Super FreQs if even as good will be a savings of about $100 compared to $175 for the Etys and $115 for the custom tips.

The Super Freq custom fit IEMs
They are very good for the money. They are very natural sounding with just a bit of forwardness in the mids. Bass well controlled and deep yet not boomy in anyway. The have very good soundstage that actually extends out past your head a bit. There is a nice air to the sound. Very detailed and revealing though I would not say it is harsh or overly so.

Headcase Logo Contest!
I was just apologizing for the delay. I will try my best but no promises on the cables before you leave. If not I have no issues shipping to the UK.
