No Yellow spot for me. I am really impressed with the AT&T service so far. Full bars at the office, at each subway station and in my house. First Speedest, done while in a Subway station, returned 1468 Kbps download.

I wish it had a Video app like the iPad instead of keeping them in iPod. Video quality is great. I also cannot get tap-a-talk to work. just keep getting communication errors.

So far it seems like a tiny little iPad. Screen is excellent and I have full signal here in the office.

I went with the tripod setup that was as light as possible to ensure I would actually bother carrying it. I have a really light one now that works great and weighs about the same as my camera, the Gitzo 1531 Legs and 1780QR head. Works beautifully but is probably overkill.

I got a new murse today. This one was specifically to allow me to carry some camera gear with the iPad. I was surprised to be able to fit: 50d Body, 5d Body w/ 70-200 F2.8 attached, 24/70 f2.8, 17/40 f4, 50 f1.8, 580ex II, iPad, Compact Flash wallet, Canon SX210 IS P&S and some cables.
