Hopstretch

Gearing up for Pats/Indy here. In honor of which... I think we have to give the Colts the edge in artistic merit, though they might draw a flag for, uh, interfering with the receiver.

Can't really see the problem with the former, unless you're saying the general level still isn't low enough for you to take advantage of.

Matthew Sweet -- Time Capsule.

Lloyd Cole And The Commotions -- Easy Pieces Vinyl.

Sweet HF-1s. I know their brother! Also, this thread makes me sad.

The Cure -- Disintegration

Brian Wilson -- That Lucky Old Sun

Anyone else looking forward to this with a mixture of excitement and trepidation?

Prefab Sprout -- Swoon Vinyl.

The Beautiful South -- Blue Is The Colour

The chart colors are a little iffy, but if you squint the conclusions are pretty clear. File sharing hurts record labels and benefits artists. Not only are artists now making much more money from live performances, but their total share of the music industry pie is growing as the labels' share declines.

Funny, I don't see the pelican.

Low-flying pelican my ass! The Galveston County Daily News

Pfft. I cashed my last paycheck more than five years ago. Wonder if I can freeload through an entire decade? No need to retire the jokes. Recycle!

Depeche Mode -- Speak And Spell Natural regression.

Do we necessarily have to assume this was an external battle? It's not for me.

Yazoo -- Upstairs At Eric's Alleged vinyl. So good if you like this kind of thing. C'est dans la bo

Pink Floyd -- Animals, Meddle, DSOTM. You know what they look like. Vinyl rips.

They're warheads, for crying out loud! Shitkickers just love ordnance.

You're going to make some older top really happy.

I cream in mine.

In like Flynn. Hope you like Howard Jones.
