The 3G support is just an external adapter like they currently have for laptops is it not? So that it could be bought from Mac separately and added later?
With that kind of support for peripherals now announced, I don't think I have a real problem with it as an OTG device. I bet there will be apps to combine tasks that people really want (If someone isn't working on that, I'd be shocked). EDIT: Noticed what Stretch said, nice.
No flash is a bigger bummer to me, but not a deal breaker. Maybe a display adapter for HDMI out would be nice, but at this point now I'm only picking at straws.
I don't necessarily want to buy a data plan for both devices and this thing isn't communicating with any non-licensed devices that don't have wireless or can run software to host the iPad.
I do like this device though still, It seems like its going to be very popular.
Well, I kind of thought this thing was supposed to be able to be a replacement for a netbook. An option to use a normal USB keyboard and access removable storage without a server would be nice to me, maybe import pictures from the camera directly. Unless devices are a computer or have wireless support, they won't communicate with this by default. Its definitely not going to serve as a digital front end which I thought would be nice.
I don't use AT&T, but I have heard bad things about its 3G service and data plans. What does unlimited actually mean to AT&T? This seems like a great deal for laptops at this price if you could work that out.
I was thinking of maybe upgrading the Buffalo24 to the new version of the Buffalo32 coming out with the volumite to get an upgrade in sound quality and solve the preamp problem.
How is the CDP-2 with the 12L-A? It may be what I need, as I have thinking I may need a preamp, though the variable outputs don't sound appealing from the descriptions give here. Any other recommendations?
Sinuses killing me here too, listening to the liquid behind my ear drums and chest cold nastiness at night trying to sleep.
Went to court this morning for two hours and now must pay court fees plus a $225 fee for substance abuse classes for possession of an open container (leftover incident from Halloween). Nothing going on my record if things go as planned. Bleh, but not horrible.
Planet Earth BBC Edition (better version in my opinion) in Blu-Ray + a $5 gift card $29.99 from the discovery store.
The Blu-Ray is $24.99 by itself. You can add in the gift card or some of the other cheap filler items to bring it over $25 and get free shipping. Maybe someone could post up their gift card to help out others on the deal (IE, they could use the gift card you purchased to buy a $5 gift card and get free shipping and then give you their $5 gift card they received to make it even). I have this on Blu-Ray and consider it a must-have.
