  1. I had classes that were 100% required or you fail that were required to graduate. Its a good lesson to be in attendance on-time and prepared when your a teacher. You get slackers whose sole purpose is to annoy and continue to play sports/meet women/party or all three, but a person will almost always have these distractions around them. A good teacher knows how to handle them (If your a sympathetic teacher, you might even tell them to straighten up once before you throw them out and give them their grade). You'd think that in college, you wouldn't have to ask an adult to not act like a middle-schooler (you don't either, you can return the favor and treat them like one). Sadly, not always the case in undergrad. Grad courses were always a pleasure to attend.
  2. Heh, knob cache. x2.
  3. Am I the only one that is surprised that this thread is serious with a name like that? It is a pleasantly entertaining surprise.
  4. Oops, at least I didn't tell SO what color you plan on getting.
  5. Hey Brent, sure you don't want the "JH16"? Since its probably a "has to be asked for type thing", someone needs to check on a JH20.
  6. I, for one, do not approve of class on weekends.
  7. Holy shit, I loved that card. That damn computer with Pentium 2 450mhz on win 98 lasted my family ten years happily. My current laptop just made six.
  8. Does NoNoNoNoNoNo still have a pair of his up for sale on HF? That was a pretty good deal. BTW, how do you like the O2mk1 on the T1? Seems like that is where I'm going to be a while.
  9. What the hell is it with this thread and people with reading disorders?
  10. They are hard to find quickly, but usually a Stax SR-Lambda (normal bias with six pins) and an SRD7/SB adapter that hooks into a speaker amplifier to drive the phones can be found for under $300. Then use your Qinpu or buy a T-amp such as Trends TA-10 or the Dayton/sonic impact T-amp to power the SRD7 for between $50-200 and you have an amazing starter unit for under $500. The pro bias adapters go for between $250 to $300 usually and can blow your budget there. You could also buy a used ESP950 and use the E90 driver unit that comes with it for $500, but I don't consider it to be as high of a value with a stax adapter and Stax energizer.
  11. Trying to apply makeup after two pints of three philosophers.
  12. Awesome. Also, HPA's new K1000 amp has my initials. Double awesome.
  13. Thats actually my costume.
  14. Stax O2mk1
  15. Thought it was 15.
  16. I did grades today. One of my students is so proud of his nickname. That would be "duntz". I won't mention what made me . On topic, have a seller confirmed to sell me an O2 mk1.
  17. Mad artists sometimes make legendary artists. God invented both larva and snickers. And it was good.
  18. Dew it! I'll be a witness in person if you'd like.
  19. Maybe not scotch because I'm sure Mike will have the more tempting collection. I'm attempted to avoid the $15 per checked bag charge, so may be buying any Alcohol while there. I guess Crappy really is going to try to make an appearance.

  21. I don't think you guys will have much use for any of my stuff, so I am traveling light with only a M-Audio transit, maybe the M^3 if no one else wants to bring their own.

I was pretty obsessed with it in early college years. I stopped when I thought I was getting too good and wasting too much time. Its a ton of fun with multiplayer, one days I'll see if my old USB Red Octane mat still works. I hate the thin little mats though, I cannot use those. They ball up under your feet and are way too unsensitive. Using a keyboard when your not on a plane or in a car is pretty lame.
  23. It was great how people in my HF WTB ad came in to warn me against buying from him, I've gotten warnings in emails as well. Does anyone know if those are his own pictures for sure this time?
