  11. Yeah downtube adjusters work too just more of a pain. One other thing could be that you bent your derailleur hanger.
  12. Nate sorry you had issues on the ride. I would recommend inserting some jagwire fine tune adjusters in your cables up by the handlebars to be able to fix such issues without dismounting. You can get them as parts of kits from other manufacturers but jagwire is the only one that sells them by themselves that I could find. You might not have the wheel seated right which fucks the indexing.
  13. Well on computrainer rides it's important to get your weight accurate and the load calibration right or you can get a lot of unfair advantage. That said it's just a part of the sport coming to accept how much faster many people are. I find it is part of the fun to get beat down.
  14. Cool Vicki I have a computrainer shed in the backyard for the rainy days. I got in a short 90min ride outside this morning but I felt like crap the whole time. I can't wait for this cold to go away.

  24. Rode a metric century today. I am unfit and I nearly threw up a few times to boot. Still glad I did it and I didn't have a spoke break like yesterday.
