I suppose if Jerry Garcia or Coltrane were raised from the dead, I might pay that much to see the show. Short of that, sell now!

What did you do today?
Got a call from Jp at 5:09 am that he is at the airport and needed a ride and a place to stay. So now, I'm at work, getting ready to take a 2 1/2 hour ride to a hearing and he is sleeping like a baby at my house. What is wrong with this picture.

Stacker II
Don't sweat, he may never leave Atlanta airport at the rate he is going. In which case, I get all his gear. It will be at CJ '09, look forward to giving it a listen.

Looks good. Too bad it won't make it in time for the meet next weekend.

Military is a great place for training but at the moment, with the war in Afghanistan heating up and the occupation in Iraq, not sure I would join anything other than the Navy or Air Force, unless you are looking to kick the door down, which is fine. As long as you go in with both eyes open.

Just be careful where you step, this is not a forgiving crowd. Welcome to Head-Case.- Happy birthday naamanf!
Happy Birthday Naaman!- Luxman P1 vs Headamp GSX
Definitely better off calling Todd. He is a great guy to deal with. My P1 will arrive Friday.- What did you do today?
Colin, sorry to hear this. Don't give up.- Transferring Music from Mac OS External Drive to NTFS Formatted Drive
He was in the office yesterday. You would never know there was anything wrong from looking at him. He is facing about a 6 to 8 hours surgery. Thanks.- Dell Inspiron Mini 9 as a Transport
Those are both options as well. I have all my music on a 1 tb usb drive. No need to have it on the comp. The drive options are 8 gb and 16 gb ss drives.- Dell Inspiron Mini 9 as a Transport
To me, this looks like the perfect solution for a computer/source set up.- Omega Super 8 Alnico
Enjoy. I had the SuperHemps. Omega makes some great stuff.- Dell Inspiron Mini 9 as a Transport
I use a Seagate Freeagent and it's quiet enough for my purposes. It will be sitting on or around my rack between the speakers so even if there was some slight noise, it wouldn't be an issue.- Dell Inspiron Mini 9 as a Transport
I was thinking of picking up this computer to use as a transport for the Pico Dac: The Dell Online Store: Build Your System It comes with XP Home, 1 gb ram and 8 gb ss hard drive. It's $299 and has a 8.9" screen. I would be running itunes only with an external drive connected to it containing the music files. It seems perfect as it has a small screen if any issues come up requiring reboots, etc. I would use the remote on my iphone. I had the mac mini, which was great but also had to have a separate monitor attached. This will save room and should do exactly what I need.- Transferring Music from Mac OS External Drive to NTFS Formatted Drive
Thanks everyone. He's having about 2/3 of his liver removed and a piece of his colon.- Transferring Music from Mac OS External Drive to NTFS Formatted Drive
Thanks guys, it's working great.- Transferring Music from Mac OS External Drive to NTFS Formatted Drive
When I tried to do that I get this message: You cannot install NTFS-3G 2009.2.1 Update 1 [stable build] on this volume. MacFUSE is not installed. Please download and install it from macfuse - Google Code before attempting to install NTFS-3G.- Transferring Music from Mac OS External Drive to NTFS Formatted Drive
