Dismantling the Beyerdynamic T1

Featured Replies

Just got a chance to pull apart a pair of beyer T1 - a bit scary but pretty straight forward apart from the fact that the cable does not seem to be removable - had to cut it inside the cup to get it out. Here is a vid - may be handy if you are thinking of recabling or just fancy a peek inside

Any questions - just ask

I will ... make sure I don't post rubbish like this again. Slap on the wrist thoroughly noted

And your next move is to post a video about the Beyer T1?

I'm confused...

By trying to redeem my self it looks like I am only making things worse - sorry - I will keep skulking around for longer until I post again - thanks for the guidance and if there is anything I can do to atone for my shameful entrance to the forum just let me know

I think you just need to realize that this forum is less about being nuts about headphones, and more about being more generally nuts.

And also analogously, you wouldn't let a crazy person into an insane asylum, would you?  I mean, you'd check them in, but you wouldn't just let an obviously crazy person to run amok without a tether...?
