I got gunmetal ones (for about 80 bucks on ebay iirc), they were actually perfect for me. They didn't isolate very much so I could hear things around me, and sounded great for the price. But then of course one channel stopped working, and I haven't tried to get them replaced yet...

Gah, I like how they look. Too bad they would indeed be quite fruity when worn. :P

maybe they could make that red gem looking thing on the end blink in time w/ the beat

way too gaudy for my liking...but anyone else have an opinion on how these sound?

Were they competitive with the Ety ER-6i? I like the gunmetal ones (or rather, black chrome, is what they look like).

And no, Mark and Billy, I'm just confident enough with my sexuality to pull that look off. So fuck off, fuckoffs.

I've never heard the ety's, but owned shure e4's awhile back and they compare favorably. I can't be any more detailed than that, because I haven't heard either in awhile...

I have the gunmetal ones on order but I'm reconsidering. Perhaps I should go for teh ghey.
