I received the amp yesterday and quickly set it up in my system once I got home from work. As some of you are already aware, the amp looks really, really nice, both inside and out. It is bit smaller than I had expected, especially after getting used to the size of a Gilmore Reference that I used to own. I'll post some pics soon when I get around to taking out my camera. No listening impressions yet since I'm having issues with my ears/hearing right now due to horrible allergy and sinus condition that I've been suffering. I also need to reterminate RS-1's for balanced operation. absolutely, balanced RS-1s are some of the best cans i've ever heard (coming out of a singlepower sds-xlr, but i'm sure looking forward to the GS-X's take on it!) Billy has proven worthless in regards to feedback on how it sounds... especially considering you had the Balanced Ref. Sorry, but my hearing's still out of whack for the most part. I haven't been able to take any good pics of it either since I haven't really been home of late (work and life too busy). Of course, I couldn't fix it by the time I figured out my mistake. Doh. Anyways, here are some pics. Any and all spots, lines, etc. are some dust and not scratches. Please bear with the poor lighting, poor picture quality, and lack of any image processing. I would've used K1000's for the last pic, but I was too lazy to take them out of their box.
