Sucky season finale and stupid ending.  Too bad they didn't give Dexter a proper send-off.

God, it was awful.  This last season was truly an insult to fans, as it was a sloppy, predictable, and downright stupid script.  Everything after season 4 was not good at all, but shit this season sucked.  And the finale?  

 

It was a big middle finger to everyone who watched.

I actually liked how things started out with Dr. Vogel, but boy did they just fuck us in the eyesockets. Hard and deep. That's our thanks for watching all those seasons?

Same thing here, lasted until mid season 3 and gave up.

I was kind of relieved she was killed.  Annoying as sin.  Does that make me a heartless dick?

 

In all honesty though, the true standout seasons were 1 and 4.  Lila was annoying in 2, but everything else was good.  Jimmy Smits has no business being in front of a camera, so fuck 3.  5-8 were shit as well.  1 was new and edgy, and 4... John Lithgow MADE 4.
