I'll bet seeing your little girl was a pretty good Birthday present!- Post the last thing you bought!
Meh, it works out fine if you're in bed alone. You don't perform that well, but you don't give a shit either.- Audeze LCD-2
Exactly. The DT250 sounds like flogged ass, and should never be mentioned in comparison with the JH13 and LCD-2. Tin ears for certain.- Happy Birthday Naaman!!!
Have a great Birthday Naaman!- Post the last thing you bought!
Rumor is that it'll jump over $5.00 a gallon here.- Post the last thing you bought!
So I've used this tool a lot in the last few days, and it's awesome! One big bonus that I hadn't even thought of is as a sheetrock saw. I had to cut out a large portion of a wall, to insulate for sound deadening, and the semi round blade cut through the sheetrock like butter. It was easy to follow my guide lines, and very little dust to clean up. Was great for cutting out around switches and power outlets too. It also has worked great for cutting back base trim in place, cutting off the excess of door shims, and even cutting through 1/2" plywood. I see a lot of uses for this little tool. Finally, something at Harbor Freight that I can hardily recommend!- And now what did you do TODAY?
Congrat Alex! You'll be a great Uncle!- Post the last thing you bought!
All I really need Jacob is a good view of the end that attaches to the knife, and the tab (if you will) of the knife that slides into the handle. I think I like the look of the octagonal best.- And now what did you do TODAY?
Actually I liked Plil Collins' first two solo albums (Face Value & Hello, I Must Be Going). Some of those songs are good. Then he decided that sap sells, and turned into the White Lionel Ritchie.- Post the last thing you bought!
I need to buy one of these to disect how it's built. Dr. Wood may need Jacob to help me pick out a good knife, as mine are crap. I think I can tackle the handle part though.- Balancing Act
All the more reason we need to put power behind a 'real' qualified reviewer. Tyll is that man!- Post the last thing you bought!
Nice snag on the Oppo Al! Being a very satisfied BDP-83 ownwer, I know you'll be very happy with it. Those Gallos look sweet as hell too!- Happy Birthday grawk!!!!

That's good to hear!- For those who have always wanted to try out T-slots for rack-building
The slot panel is more for enclosing the sides/back, but you could buy thin veneer plywood to do the same. I kind of like the open look. I would opt for shelves made from cabinet grade Baltic Birch ply, and would glue up 1 1/2" shelves, but 1" would be plenty sufficient. The edges of Baltic Birch finish up quite nicely, and it accentuates the industrial look of the T-Slot IMO. There are ebay sellers of T-Slot aluminum as well, and I wonder if a group buy might help offset some of the cost?- Happy birthday, Aimless1
- For those who have always wanted to try out T-slots for rack-building
I've wanted to build a T-Slot rack for a few years now, but haven't found a reasonable source for the materials yet. Looks like a cool program though. - Happy Birthday Naaman!!!
