It took me about 30 seconds to accomplish this on my Apple TV. Just make a playlist of the movies you want. It appears that the Media Kind needs to be Music Video, which is stupid, but maybe there's a workaround. I suggest this new site, Google, as it has lots of information from teh internets. You can get recipes, too!

Flew back from St. Louis. We were running 15 minutes early, but of course that's actually a bad thing when getting into LGA because they punish early arrivals by making them take the long-ass approach. Jack almost puked as a result. Fortunately, he didn't quite get green, and we made it without incident. Movie/pizza night tonight. What version of the Apple TV software are you running? According to this, you should be able to see video playlists as of v2.3. See also, post #4 here.

Edit: I also don't understand what 1g v 2g has to do with the Playlist suggestion. In fact, if you don't try it today and report back your success, I might ban you. Happy thanksgiving! : )

No. I think I fixed the iTunes and iPad. The library file got hosed. First time using time machine. Worked ok. Yay Steve Jobs!

I was able to dl the update, but my iPad refuses to boot. I have the apple with the "progress" bar at 50% and now pos iTunes is stuck on checking library. Fuck you Steve Jobs!

My upgrade is not going well at all.
