I like the fit 'n' finish of the mk2 very much. A lot more comfortable, IMO. I did not find the 800 to be as comfortable as I had hoped. The earpads are great, but I don't like the headband.

I live in perpetual fear of doing that.

I'm going to have kuboten send an O2 to your house COD. It's good to hear that your 800's balls dropped. After spending a lot of time with the HF-2 and the Headphiled HD650, I do miss the speed, resolution, and bassial (that's a made up word) accuracy of the 800. Overall, my impression of the 800 as the best dynamic can out there has not changed. Sounds like I need to check them out on a vinyl rig, but that's a slippery slope.

Received the SPDIF amplifier. Optical instead of coax sent by mistake. made the best of it only to find that I am somehow short one optical cable. :palm: Actually I have one more, but it's mini-to-mini optical. :palm: Stupid everything.
