I finally bought a laptop computer though it's a budget model. It has vista on it now but I'm going to try and remedy that tonight or tomorrow. See in the computer help hotline forum!

actually i just read on cnet that it comes with the 64 bit version of vista so I suppose that xp 64 would be fine.

I've never seen notpr0n and you're right, it is a lot like the game I posted. In fact the first two screens are pretty much identical in concept. Now you've got me sucked into another puzzle that makes me want to bash my face in. Thanks!

I can probably get a copy of xp 64 bit edition for free (live so close to microsoft headquarters has it's perks), would I have a problem with installing the 64 bit edition on the system I want to get?

god, "the source is key" nearly caused me to pull my hair out and surely took some days off of my life. I kept on thinking that the "source" was referring to the main page.

I'm thinking of buying a new laptop with 4 gb of RAM installed. It comes with windows vista but I'm planning on installing XP pro 32bit edition. I've read that XP has trouble with more than 3 GB of ram. Will I encounter a problem with this if I decide to do it? Here's a link to the computer if it will answer any questions. I think I'm going to have to pick up a copy of the orange box again. I wasn't all that keen on the episodes (though I liked them alright), The main game just blew me away. And of course portal is amazing.

I'm using windows xp. It's one of those redux versions of xp that has all the bloat ware taken out so it might be some problem with that. Chekhonte was Chekhov's pen name when he wrote hacky comodies for newpapers. That's one of the "solutions that I found in a google search but it didn't work for me unfortunately. That's though.

what the fuck is up with the spellcheck? I doesn't seem to be engaged in text boxes like the ones found here when writing a post. I've tried to google it but I can't come up with any solution that works. Have any of you figured this out? Believe me, you want me to have spellchecking enabled.

do you wear glasses? With my hd650's I find that the pats against the arms of my glass causes a creaking sound that I thought was coming from the headphones themselves for the longest time.

if you're going to get a memory foam pillow, don't try and save a few dollars and get the target brand. There is definitely a difference between the name brand and the knock off. The name brand are more firm and stay firm a lot longer. the two knock of memory foam pillows I've owned started to feel like normal foam rubber in less than a year.

Found a sony d4 at the goodwill today for 3.99. It's a pretty good find. I own a hand full of vintage sony PCPs and this one is with out a doubt has the best headphone out but it's still not better than even my modest full sized CDP. It's going to be my bed side cdp until something better comes along.

Just finished a book of short stories titled "the old forest" by Peter Taylor. If you like short stories that aim at being high art then I highly recommend that you check them out. He's the best short story writer that i've read sense flannery o'connor and chekhov. I've also just started one of the 13 volumes of henry james' complete short tales.

that really does suck. He was with out a doubt my favorite comedian. He had the best comedic timing and delivery of any stand up comedian I've ever listened to.
