We've done that in Tampa with success.....except didn't we lose Stevieo? Is he coming to CanJam? Anyone know?

I think there would need to be plural designated drivers if we were to be out and about. I can be one as long as someone who knows where they're going is in my car. Food is good, music is good, though I'd definitely prefer low-key as well, with mostly a chance to gab and get to know people. Loud bars not appealing.

Holey moley, that van's too good for the crew that will be traveling in it, though we do expect rolling reports ready to duel with hotel reports from those of us getting in on Thursday and early Friday.

I'm kinda glad I missed the game last night. Had massages and pedicures then had a really good time at dinner. Went to a new Guyanese restaurant and ended up hanging out with the owners till after 11:00. Really good food, nice people (husband and wife), and a promise that if I call ahead, she'll cook up some great dishes we talked about that aren't one the menu. I told them to get better beer. Much better than watching the Caps lose.

Mine got here this morning. It was just as I expected. Not sure what to use it for, but I'm sure it will come in handy some time soon.

I have to say that I've really enjoyed watching the Bruins/Canes series. Very exciting hockey and always on the edge of a major brawl. Can't wait for game seven. I was disappointed in Detroit last night. Though they played well, absolutely no one or nothing stood out, which says a lot in a playoff game where I can name half the players on the Ducks by remembering at least one stunning play by each. If the Ducks win this series, they definitely deserve it.

About four years ago, I got an envelope in the mail to do the Nielsen ratings with a few (very few, don't remember how many, maybe fiive?) actual dollar bills in it. I have no idea how that happened. At the time, my tv was an old console, wasn't cable-ready, and I didn't yet have a box for it, so it was used solely as yet another place to put things on. As for the ratings thing, I took the dollars, went out to lunch and threw everything else in the garbage. I love Neilsen.

I wanna buy something.....oh wait....I bought a car I'd been driving for free off and on for a couple years. Does that count?

I registered on facebook under boomana a while back. A few weeks ago, I wanted to check something, but had forgotten my password and discovered I had no interest in remembering it. That's how facebook works for me. So far, so good.
