  2. Spent the entire day without internets (the horror). Spent several hours on the phone with cable co's tech support. Spent $106 on a new cable modem. Scheduled an appointment for a line tech to come out on Saturday. Moved a marble top dresser mum wants to sell. Went grocery shopping. Moved a bookcase upstairs in my house. Made dinner. Got the $%#@ internets working ...sort of.
  3. ^^ Holy shit.
  4. Seource.
  5. I did indeed. It's back, with a new logic board, touchpad, keyboard, hard drive, and top cover. Total cost to me, $0. That is all awesome. Unfortunately, it's got a fresh 10.5 install on it, and reinstalling my apps has been a slooow process. Today I'm going to pick up a copy of the 10.6 upgrade. Then I am faced with the question of do I install Adobe CS3, or upgrade to CS5.
  6. Good work all around here. No no photos from me until I mange to get Photoshop re-installed on my lappy. \
  7. Outlaw Audiop RR2150. Thank/curse you, Mr. DIY.
  8. At the tender age of 35, it's going to take me a week to recover from the weekend. I'd say you earned it.
  9. Attended a party that ran from Friday night until Monday morning. Didn't sleep very much.
