Cool cover, do they like Deep Purple? I am listening to this original Mute CD: Fad Gadget - Incontinent (1981)
-
Ralph Towner - Solstice (1975)

Amazon has them all and they are cheap as well. I got two twofers so far Splendido Hotel/Electric Rendezvous and Elegant Gypsy/Casino both are very nice, better than Colombia CD I used to have.

Did you buy all of the new BGO Al Di Meola remasters? n.p. Derek Bailey, George Lewis & John Zorn - Yankees (1983)

Great album, the next 3 were also very good, especially "In Trance". But I am very biased as I like all of their stuff up to "Savage Amusement" Now this is a crazy record, I listen to a lot of strange stuff bu this was too much for me.

David Sanborn was not a surprise for you for sure , but Anahita should be something new I guess. It was for me at least, I was really surprised by some of other neo-folk albums I was sampling, but this one was somehow more accessible yet still very strange. Hope it grows on you as some say

John McLaughlin - The Promise (1996)

Just got 4 CDs!!! from Brian and now I feel that 2 CDs I send are inadequate. Next year I am sending more! My only hope is that Brian thinks that CDs that I send are very cool or maybe, at least one of them, unusual. I could not wait and opened them now: John McLaughlin - The Promise (1996) John Abercrombie, Dan Wall & Adam Nussbaum - While We're Young (1992) Ralph Towner - Solstice (1975) Bill Frisell - Gone, Just Like a Train

Very sad news. I was hoping he would return to music one of these days, and instead he dies. -
Yours is on it's way as well according to my mail room guys

First Artificial Intelligence CD is very good, I remember picking it up back in the day in the used bin and really getting into it. I was a hard rock, space rock and metal kind of guy so this was something new for me.

I was listening to B12 - Electro-Soma (1993), if this is not a great early IDM album I don't know what is.

Thanks for this, I will get one if I can it for "sane" price.

I don't have this one, but heard good things about it. I will put it on my "get it" list
