  1. man up and grow calluses
  2. I think any case I get will have to function as a tilt stand. Ideally, something like the apple case, with a little more tilt, with the exterior a nice leather.
  3. happy birthday zach, buy yourself another jeep!
  4. you shouldn't need rotors after only 50k miles. Did you wait too long on the pads?
  5. I like the apple case
  6. but the drink recipes that are worthwhile are like "glass, whiskey" "glass, whisky" "glass, vermouth, pour out vermouth, pour in gin" etc

    Rubber Feet

Why not just metal discs with rubber backing to use as a base for the spikes?
  8. He's using an onkyo ND-S1 as the optical dock. I wonder if it has enough juice to charge the ipad. It also runs on AC, so this install is going to get messy...

  10. I don't think there will be much change in the 2nd gen device, honestly. The camera will probably be it. Maybe some case refinement. I think 4:3 works better than 16:9 would have. I think the main updates will be software. I think the lack of additional slots/expansion etc is just apple's esthetic. The dock is there for that stuff.
  11. That's someone who's never shipped electronics internationally

  13. how would you feel if you walked into a cop bar, and started talking random nonsense?
  14. apple's not breaking web standards, that's not what apps are about at all.
  15. flash is mostly ads anyway
  16. You overestimate him. He couldn't figure it out even if it was a connect-the-dots.
  17. how is using a fake finger more like using a condom than a fake dick?
  18. This seems to be a bug in scrabble.
  19. I'd just plug in the N router into the cable modem, and add a 2nd network. Use the existing one as a guest network, and the N for things that need the better range and speed.
  20. I'd think as long as you have adequate viewing angles to see it in the alcove, you're fine. Heat might be a concern, but considering the cabinets tvs get put in, I'd imagine airflow is better in the alcove than in a cabinet
