I like the Apple case and haven't seen anything else out there yet that I prefer. It is easy to carry, does not have the issue with plugging in my JH13 (although you do have to make sure you push the plug in hard) and it can prop up the iPad. It does not offer a lot of shock protection but I don't see myself dropping the iPad. While I would like to see something similar in design with more padding, I'm not sure I would change because more padding would mean a heavier and thicker case.

They gave me until 5/6 to get it back to them which means I can safely ship it on Thursday or even Friday, the day the 3G arrives. The destination is PA so 3 or 4 days by Fedex should be no problem.

I called 1-800-myapple, followed prompts for return, then asked for a representative. I told him what I wanted to do, he looked at my purchase history and said they would waive the restocking fee and would send me a fedex shipping label. It would take 3 to 5 days to process upon receipt back at Apple. I will send back sometime next week as the 3G should be here Friday.

Because I am such a valued customer of Apple, they are going to take back my WiFi and waive the restocking fee so I can keep the 3G. I decided with the new phone hopefully coming out that I would go legit. Even if I decide to keep a JB phone to use with the 3G, I will now have the option of paying the monthly fee for 3G use.

That really sucks Vicki. I had my wallet stolen at Publix about ten years ago while I was writing a check to cash. Someone grabbed it while it was on the counter. Come to Sunfest next Thursday to see The Flaming Lips, my treat.
