More Nando's-at-home.  Today's flavour is Coconut Milk & Lemon.  Had chicken thighs earlier -- added some of the garlic flavour on top after it was done cooking, but while it was still in the oven.  Had a delicious, vaguely Thai curry flavour to it.

Now making fish, but with just the coconut milk & lemon this time, I think.

One of the next-door neighbors brought back croissants from Paris (not kidding) and insisted that they be used within 24hrs.  Challenge accepted.  Bacon, fried egg, and cheese sandwich complete.

I found out I had cheap mapo tofu within walking distance, so I tried it for the first time today.  It was...cheap and kinda generic tasting, but still delicious.

A bacon, cheese & avocado burger from Super Duper burger in Mill Valley. Fries and a chocolate shake.

Bacon omelet from Miracle Mile Cafe.

Not today but yesterday I had two what I call “Real Men of Genius” moments.  

#1. Had leftover poutine and thought to myself, I bet that would make a hell of an omelette. 

Result was yes, indeed, it was delicious.

#2. Had leftover smoked pulled pork.  Decided nachos were required.

It was a good day.

I didn't take pictures, but this morning I also had a leftovers omelet.  Leftover flank steak.  Was yummy.
