Sooooo poorly attended that me and my older son basically sat at a table with three ladies that work in the industry...learned a lot from them and also the head chef only had us to deal with...LOL. So today was rice day, apparently -- Right Rice, and Uncle Ben's, both Spanish rice varieties. (Not my usual super-spicy comfort food, but super-easy on the stomach, which is what I was looking for.)
