I've been watching this cat for what started out as a couple weeks, has evolved into several months, and I have now taken ownership. I've known her on and off through the years, but am only now taking full responsibility for her.

Congrats, Dusty!

My gf and I have been wanting a new cat since our last one passed away, but thus far has not done so for various reasons. Your post is not making it any easier to find a new cat.

ZOMG prettiest kitty ever! I expect lots of home made LOLCATS from you!

Thanks, all! She's got a great personality, too -- my favourite memory of her is when my mom was watching my sister's cats for her, and I went over to visit them, and my mom was getting so frustrated with them that she had them locked in a room, and when I opened the door, she came bounding over to me and leapt in my arms.

She's also a lap cat, which I miss -- my housemate's cat (whom I also help care for) isn't much of a lap cat. In fact, it took me over a year to get her used to being held without spazzing out.

Didn't even think of this -- I'll see what I can do.

You haven't been watching her at all...you've...you've been falling in love with her!!!

Good job! She's a sweetie!

that cat looks very sweet and lovable. I've been really thinking about getting my own cat after I move to portland in late spring next year.

Do it! We have cats and they help keep the apartment clean of pests...it's the best pest control you can get.

Ah, new kitties are always a joy...

Yeah I'm pretty sure that I will. I grew up with cats so they're will always be a soft spot in my heart for them. I've been looking at some the more emotionally stable pure bred variety like persians.

Raoul is gorgeous! He reminds me of Frank (I'll post a vid of Frank later), one of my other sister's cats.

And the kittens are cute, too.

Cute cat Dusty, our new Head-Case mascot? :)

Raoul loves my headphones - he will sit on my shoulder listening, then stand on the desk and rub against the earcups, depending on what I'm playing. :kitty:

I'll give it a shot with the Lambdas - doubt I can get the light and photo background to line up, but you never know. He does have that air of 'Sorry about your thin skin', eh?

Jay is the only one that I know that has captured cats actually wearing phones.

As for my old kitties, I have them cremated, and sitting on my desk. One has been with me through 3 marriages - proof I CAN commit. :doghuh:

Yeah, but what you don't see in my avatar is the hands holding him down. :D

His mom is a bit more docile and didn't require such drastic measures. ;)
