Tapatalk "new topics" has never worked for me since the upgrade.

Yep, kind of annoying but limited to mobile safari.

Does anyone else have a problem going to the last post in a thread when using the mobile theme?

Yes, it appears that clicking a thread link in the view new content brings you to the first post instead of bringing you to the post that you read last. Same behavior in the mobile theme.

Oh, also, in chat, a few of us are having problems not being able to do IMs. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Happens to me in Chrome on my Chromebook, but I've seen it with at least PC users as well.

Yeah it does most of the time.... but sometimes you're SOL as best I can tell.

Thanks for that. I usually had to tap on the subforum tab to bring me to the list of threads, then tap the actual thread title, this always brings me to the last unread.

Thanks, Al, that helps. It doesn't always take me to the last post--it seems like maybe last post I read(?). But it's better than the beginning of the thread.

The star at least gets you close to the end.

Does anyone else still use Tapatalk? I cannot seem to get the "latest" page to show unread posts, and I have tried logging out, deleting, resetting, etc. Tapatalk also cannot read various stats or user info, although I am not sure it could before the upgrade.

The star or circle, it seems, should take you one past the last post you read, not the last post.

Edit: I think the Star shows up when you have a post in the topic, a circle if you don't.

I am still seeing read threads in view new content, is it broken again? (Not on a mobile browser, on FF7)

Which sorting option are you using?

On a separate note, I noticed that the author field in the search results for a thread all refers to the same person. Can we fix this?
