not bad for a senior citizen http://gilmore.chem.northwestern.edu/dynalobalss.jpg I don't even do any metal work by hand anymore, even for the bottom panel which is just 8 holes, I do it in the NC mill and unlike Mikhail the holes end up in the right place the first time.1 point

I like decomposing bodies into the closet better than the balcony. The process is more uniform, and the fragrance more intense, yet don't attract wildlife so easily.1 point

Grilling is permitted. There are also 3 grills free for use in the common courtyard. The "wine storage" is the storage unit in the basement garage, near the bike storage.1 point

Signed a lease for a new apartment today. Moving downtown Seattle, in the South Lake Union neighborhood, half a mile from where I will be working (when not travelling or working from home). This is the layout of the one I rented: Though I am waffling about changing to this one, which is $40/month more and I would have to take it 6 days earlier: Synchronous gigabit fiber internet is going to be happening too.1 point

Good call to abandon the PSU board. On a more positive note, look what my spare desk looks like these days: Soak test plus seeing how the servo behaves. Finally getting the hang of assembling these though it is still very tricky: These are all reserved but I do have one of these sitting in the US that I really don't want to send back here.1 point

Just picked up this. Seamaster Aqua Terra 8500. Omega has greatly improved their quality, even since my 2004 version of the same watch with 2500 movement. ... I sold my Rolex Datejust and happily used the proceeds to buy this. The automatic Seiko's and Citizen Eco Drives are great.. until you discover Grand Seiko and The Citizen. I have a titanium Eco Drive that I love.1 point
