Oddly enough, a literal talking douchebag is the villain in Sausage Party, which starts Friday.

I wish my son was still a baby so I could annoy the annoying talking douchebags I have to share the movie theaters with now.

I absolutely took my kids to movies when they were babies.

I've had very few episodes with noisy babies at movie theaters, and the few that did happen usually were quickly ushered out by Mom or Dad. I'm constantly annoyed by folks old enough to know how to act, but lacking any concern for others. I'm not one to sit quietly however, and will call them on their shit.

Rockport make exceptionally serious products, mainly speakers now. Only ever heard them (the Arrakis) at an audio show, and it left a lasting impression. But the original product was a phenomenal turntable with parallel tracking arm. When they come up for sale very occasionally the price looks like telephone numbers. Looks like this:

Here's an update on the mini. I've got the external regs running now. This thing does throw off quite a bit of heat. I've some sinks on the output transformers now, but I'd like to make them a bit larger. The regulators heatsinks are going to about 140 deg F at their peak and I'm ok with that. I was testing at +/-14V before I put the heatsinks on. The bump up to +/-20V seemed to smooth things out a bit on the top and bottom ends. I'm very happy with this so far
