This weekend have been raining so I couldn't ride but Alex, my wife and I were to a wonderful restaurant. I'm learning to use my new camera 😁 so I'll try to post some photos. I´m lucky to have them and also to belong to the HeadCase community. Thank you very much guys.

Biscuit-free Deck sustenance

We had a new restaurant / bar open we have been awaiting, Bar Bludorn. Enjoyed a nice meal Friday night with our son and his girlfriend. Drinks were very good. Love that I didn't have to ask someone to use less can sugar in the old fashioneds. The ham beignets with ricotta and a berry jelly or the like were standout. Wagu smoked brisket rueben also wonderful. The duck was very good but I think the PB&J fried chicken was more interesting. HS

Deck Dessert

Went to the world premiere of the play Chaplin and Keaton on the Set of Limelight. Admired much of its depth, while also being irritated (an increasingly common feeling) by what's sacrificed in messy greatness for a more crafted output - equal number of lines, actors time, pivotal scenes properly spaced, traditional act structure, etc. all to serve a balanced, acceptable story. That didn’t start here though and still greatly enjoyed the dialog on comedy's purpose, the two comedian's differences, etc.

Spent the day in Castle Rock Park. Possibly saw evidence of the original Ohlone people or aliens or maybe local kids who had seen too many A24 films. Hung out with some down on their luck trucker who waxed poetically (or at least consistently) about their hatred of bugs, the heat, and people taking their photograph. Finally caught the fireworks.

If anyone is considering, PM me as I haven’t completely gone through my Pixii customer service experience, but this is exciting. I guess it comes down to if the asking price, which makes sense for such a small company, makes sense for targeted consumers, especially with used Leica and Hassy prices, unfair as comparing new and used models are. There have rarely been used Pixii/Pixii+ models come up (I can remember two). I wish them luck. Edit: Let’s see how an electric shutter only goes over (as all Pixii’s have been). My guess is while the 1/3 the price Panny S9 was heavily criticized, the Pixii Max will get a free pass.
