  1. Damn, even condoms were cooler in the past. https://www.rijksmuseum.nl/en/press/press-releases/rijksmuseum-exhibits-200-year-old-condom-featuring-erotic-print
  2. Another take on recent events
  3. I can only hope the murderer is put in prison and made someone's - or better yet SEVERAL someones' - ass bitch! Scum deserves it deeply.... A dog, too.....
  4. Have heard good things about it and it was on my list; guess I'll bump it up.
  5. Funny, I just came here to post what I listened to yesterday. The sound quality is pristine. I've always been a fan of HDCD, especiallly in Reference Recording's hands. YMMV, but I very much enjoy the performance as well. I've had this disc for years.
  6. Dept. Q (Netflix) - An Edinburgh-based detective involved in a shooting gets re-assigned to a newly-formed cold-case department. A crazy set of twists & turns connects all the dots. We liked it alot. Hopefully there will be an S2.

  8. That is heartbreaking! WTH is wrong with some people... Sam
  9. This shit is crazy. King of the Hill actor Jonathan Joss fatally shot in Texas after argument with neighbor. EDIT: The second page didn't paste for some reason:
  10. RIP Rick Derringer, best known for that one song we all can recall instantly. Credit to Bill Szymczyk, the producer, who turned that shit up to "11" in the studio, making it such an earworm. If you doubt me, check out the Edgar Winter version of the same song which is ...fine, but a pale imitation of the later Derringer only version. Also, while we're on the subject, Absolutely gratuitous 70s video of their hit from 10 years earlier. EDIT: I should add that Rick produced the first SIX albums by Weird Al, a fact which by itself should elevate him to legendary status.
