  4. Hmm, I just played it without really looking at what it was, and my thought was, 'Cool, a The Sundays tune I had not heard before.' Oh, it is a band I didn't know about that sounds like them, even better.
  5. Sorry for the slow reply, challenging week here. Garlic Naan: 2 tsp active dry yeast 1 tsp sugar 1/2 cup lukewarm water 1 large egg 1/3 cup avocado oil 1/4 cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour (I often do 50/50 w/ bread flour) 1 tsp salt Naan Prep: Combine yeast, sugar, and water. Stir, let rest for until bubbly ~ 5 minutes. Add egg, oil, yogurt to yeast mixture and mix until combined. Combine salt and flour in a large bowl (stand mixer). Add liquid ingredients and mix/knead for 4-5 minutes until a smooth dough ball forms. Grease bowl to prevent sticking, cover and let rest/rise for min 1 hr or until doubled in size. On a floured surface, roll into rough log shape and divide into even pieces. Shape into balls, cover, and on let rest for 20 minutes on a flour dusted cutting board/sheet pan/whatever. Roll into flattened discs, 8” in diameter and roughly 1/8” thick. Cook on a lightly oiled, hot skillet or flat top grill. ~60 seconds each side w/ care taken not to burn. That all was extracted from this - .
  6. ^ Cool Canon J20x Super box lens on that Sony. And yes, I've previously had sex with women.
  7. Matt Elliott, Only Myocardial Infarction Can Break Your Heart https://mattelliott.bandcamp.com/album/only-myocardial-infarction-can-break-your-heart LOL that title. But the music is typically beautiful, very much in line with most everything he's done since Drinking Songs -- fundamentally rooted on acoustic guitar and his voice.

  9. My shelves are filling up with Gondwana and ACT vinyl, so while doing a bit of cleaning I rescued these little gems. Isao Suzuki I have the XRCD versions and although their price today is exorbitant, I must admit that they sound very, very good...
  10. Cara Dillon - After The Morning. A tender and beautiful voice, wonderful songs, several nice ballads with a touch of traditional Irish sound/instruments. Great for a mellow Sunday morning. Sample:
