Looks great Mike! I used to *slowly* bike up the hill from the beaches of La Jolla to UC San Diego when I lived there. Those hills are tough!

This weekend, I rearranged my living room setup to accomodate the new center channel speaker. First, moved the system over a bit but it is still a bit blocked by the chair. The single piece of glass seemed a little unstable so I had to take the dremel tool and jigsaw to the stand to be able to fit two pieces of glass in one shelf notch. Seems pretty stable now though. The setup is really nice for music and movies. I am quite happy. Now, I just need to get a less crappy subwoofer (I'll probably get one this summer, I am thinking of SVS SP12-NSD or SB12-NSD. Not so sure hubby would be too happy with the size of the SP12 and I am wondering if the SB12 might be better for music even though it doesn't go down quite as low. Also added another shelf to my audio setup in the office so I had somewhere to put the Apex Peak/Volcano. Still need to finish with the cords.

It's springtime here. Took some pictures outside my house. Half way through I realized that I had the ISO set at 800. Oh well. Still not very happy with my pictures but would be happy for any feedback. Also, the wind is driving me crazy when trying to shoot macro.

Homemade pizza with meat sauce with mushrooms, olives, onions, pepperoni, fresh tomatoes, french fries, mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano, sriracha sauce and herbs. Really loved the french fries, just wish it had some bacon on it.

You should call up the airlines. They should reschedule you on another flight. Depending on the airline, they may have already scheduled you on another flight.

Yes, but I don't think he built any of the gear. I thought we would have running water tonight but no. The plumber spent a lot of the day digging in the area where the leak is, cut open one pipe but that turned out to be the sprinkler pipe not the main pipe. So we still have a leak. Sigh. We can turn on the water to the house for a short time to fill up toilets and/or take a shower but it is somewhat inconvenient. Oh well, it's not the end of the world. Certainly much better than what Grahame is going through.

Good news. They found the leak and it is outside (where the water goes into the house). We'll have to pay for the extra water but I don't think it will be that much, maybe an extra 10,000 gallons. I imagine the plumber's bill will be much more. Good thing the drought is almost over.

Sounds like fun but I will be in Germany.

Saw some puddles of water near the house yesterday and thought they might have been from the light rain. No, turns out we have a 100 gallon/hour leak somewhere. The plumber is here trying to find it. Sigh.

Yep, I had the SR-007 MKI that I bought from Deepak with me. To me, the SR-009 >> SR-007*. *Although, we didn't have an BHSE to compare them - that will have to wait til the next mini meet.

Make sure he has a few kegs of Mountain Dew so he doesn't fall asleep and lose your place in line though.
