Eating a bowl of Oatmeal sweetened with a touch of Nutella and a sprinkle of sugar. Trying to get back to somewhat healthy eating after 5 days of shitty eating and drinking.

Vicki, I had the same issues when I do a decent amout of Abmat situps at Crossfit. Switched to using compression shorts when working out and it totally solved my chafing issues. I now refuse to work out without compression shorts.

Love my Silhouettes even though I only use mine when I take my contacts off a few times a week. My only gripe with them is that I went with smaller lenses to match my small face and I feel like it is really easy to let my eye wander out of the "glass zone" of my eyeglasses when I look to the sides. Good thing is that since they are frameless, I can simply pick out a new lens shape and reuse the same frame.

Chatted with my Grandma from the Philippines just a few minutes again. While I'm always glad when I'm talking to her, I couldn't help but feel a little homesick. Kinda in a gloomy mood right now..... On a lighter note, I think I subconsciously cope with my homesickness by macking on women who have Filipino qualities in one way, shape or form. You know - dark hair, petite, fair to tannish skin and of course, georgeous

Funny you mention that....not quite olympic lifting but my trainer at Crossfit wears a pair of hi-tops even when working out. According to him they work well for flat-footed fellas. But as you mentioned, they are quite frail - I'm only using these for casual duties.

Thanks Mike! I've been to the one in Tampa but didn't notice the Sam Adams glasses there but there's also another Total Wine in Orlando but it's a good 30-40 min. drive away. Might try to drop by when I pass through that side of town.

Yep, that's how I understand it too. I know of 3 types of tires: Directional - meaning the pattern has to face forward at all times; most often these are tires that have "arrow"-like patterns Symmetrical - can face anyway since the pattern is the same any way it is mounter Asymmetrical - tires that has one side that has to face outside the other on the inside. can be rotated freely like symmetrical tires but needs to be mounted with the right side out from the start

I'm almost sure those KH16s are non-directional/symmetric; you can put those in any wheel position without worrying about facing front/back.
