November 25, 201015 yr Happy Thanksgiving Head-Case. I have much to be thankful for and wish the same for all of you. Getting ready to roll out the dough for two pecan pies. The smoker is ready for one turkey which I will start around 12:30 and the fryer is out for the second turkey which I will start around 4:30. I hope it all turns out okay.

November 25, 201015 yr Frosty Thanksgiving here, too, Al. We got another dose of snow just this morning and the temp is a balmy 34 in Seattle. Happy Thanksgiving, all. Glad to have a nice small group of friends online here, a good job, and a roof over me head. I'll be into the red wines today and will be responsible for chopping items with large knives. Don't piss off the sous chef!
